Refund Policy
All sales are final. We accept exchange for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at [email protected] to alert us of the damage products. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase a long with photo of damage item/s. Send the item/s back, once your product/s is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of approval and replacement will be processed.
3MB is not responsible for Lost and Stolen Packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered or an order.
3MB will confirmed delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
